Audit
des installations de
la Société Nigérienne
du Charbon SONICHAR
Dans
le cadre de la remise à niveau et de l’extension de ses
capacités de production, la SONICHAR a demandé à SOFREMINES
la réalisation d’un audit de ses installations du parc à
charbon et de l’unité de préparation mécanique du
charbon. L’audit s’est conclu par une estimation des
besoins de formation du personnel aux nouveaux outils et une
cotation budgétaire des équipements nécessaires à la
remise à niveau.

In the frame of the revamping
and capacity extension of its
coal production capacities,
SONICHAR has required SOFREMINES to perform
an audit the installations
for coal yard and mechanical
preparation of the coal. This
audit has been finalized by an
estimation of the personnel formation requirements
and a budgetary quotation of the equipment
necessary for the revamping
of the installation.

Société Nouvelle des Phosphates de Togo (SNPT)
SNTP
précédemment “l’Office Togolais des Phosphates” est en
pleine réhabilitation de son équipement minier, ainsi que
des installations de traitement et d’exportation.
En
octobre 2009, la SNTP à confié à Sofremines Technip Mines
un contrat d’assistance technique pour l’exploitation minière
courant du dernier trimestre 2009 et pour l’année 2010. Le
contrat inclut une assistance au:

Conseil stratégique
au management pour les options de réhabilitation et de
production
-
Gestion et
organisation de l’exploitation minière à court, moyen
et long terme
-
Spécifications
pour la réhabilitation et/ou achats d’équipements
-
Planification
et suivi du programme d’investissement

Organisation et
planification de l’entretien des équipements miniers
- Programme de maintenance à court, moyen et long
terme
SNPT,
formerly the “Office Togolais des Phosphates” is presently
undergoing a complete rehabilitation of the mining,
beneficiation and export facilities.
In
October 2009, SNPT awarded Sofremines Technip Mines a contract
to provide technical assistance for the mine operations for
the year ending 2009 and 2010. The contract will involve
assistance with:
- Strategic
advice to Management on rehabilitation and production
options
- Mine
management and organisation (short term management, medium
and long term mine plan)
- Specifications
for equipment rehabilitation and / or purchase of new
equipment
- Planning
and follow-up of the investment programme
- Organisation
and planning of maintenance of production equipment
- Short,
medium and long term maintenance programmes
