• For more than thirty years, the training department has studied the personnel requirements of mining complexes throughout the world, and has defined and set up a propriate recruitment, training and manpower management methods for many mining projects.

• Training is integrated into the early stages of a project so as to ensure that the personnel, in terms of numbers and qualifications, are available when and as required.

• Our services cover the following main phases of a training project:

  • development of  the manning, recruiting, and training plan

  • setting up the human and material resources required for training

  • realisation of recruiting and training

• Training of more than ten thousand people has been carried out.

• Much  emphasis is placed on the training of shift bosses and supervisors, as these are key personnel required for the success of an industrial project.
